Our company had already commissioned IMW in 2010 with the relocation and modernisation of our first filling plant in our logistics centre.
This was one of the reasons why we chose IMW when we decided to realise another plant at our logistics centre in 2018.
During the planning of the second filling line, IMW planned very good further developments of the individual components and also showed what would still be possible as an option.
IMW works in a very solution- and customer-oriented way. During the installation of the line, we were strongly involved and suggestions/adaptations were implemented even during the installation.
In the course of time, the demands on the filling lines expanded and adaptations could still be added by IMW. IMW finds the right solution for every challenge.
In addition, IMW stands out for its good and fast customer service. In case of disturbances or repairs, they are quickly on site. They also support us during calibrations on the filling lines.
